District Leader

15 December 2016

Dear Brother and Sister Pattee,

I wanted to let you know that your son, Elder Trevor Pattee, has been called to be a District Leader in the Texas Dallas Mission.  He has shown by his example the willingness and dedication to assist his fellow missionaries in moving the work forward.

He will be responsible for helping every missionary in his district learn how to be the best missionary he can be and perform to the best of his ability.  He will conduct district meetings each week and go on 24-hour exchanges with each of the Elders in his district during the transfer as he sees fit.  This will be a great opportunity for him to learn, grow and serve his fellow missionaries.

Thank you for your support and prayers.  We appreciate the sacrifice that you are making to allow your son to serve in this mission.  May the Lord bless you with His choicest blessings as your son serves to build up His kingdom.

Sincerely,

Brian K. Taylor, President

Texas Dallas Mission
Post from Sis Taylor
Another wounderful morning spent in the Dallas Temple with these MIGHTY servents of the Lord. Yesterday in my post I mentioned that we start "bright" and early for these Zone Conferences. Let me re-state that....we actually start DARK and early! As we drove to the temple this morning it was definitely pitch black. What a sight to drive up and see this special place, this bright shining beacon with those precious familiar words: "House of the Lord, Holiness to the Lord." Oh how we "LOVE TO SEE THE TEMPLE!"
